Novomatic Reported Increased Revenue in H1 2023

One of the leading software developers made public its financial performance for the first half of 2023. Novomatic reached a 20% increase in its income, from €1.32 billion (in 2022) to €1.58 billion. The growth was observed across all markets.

Here are the revenues made in different countries:

• Italy (€99.9 million);
• Germany (€49.4 million);
• Austria (€21.8 million);
• Eastern Europe (€21.8 million).

Some countries have a more moderate growth. The UK, the Netherlands, and Spain reported €12.6, €8, and €5.2 million accordingly.

The company’s EBITDA demonstrated a rising trend of 3.9%. EBIT, a net revenue, also went up by 22% and made up €197.8 million.

The expansion into new markets was caused by the high demand for Novomatic products and services. So, the group needed more workforce to meet the business needs. It currently has 24,590 employees, which is 13.2% more than in the previous year.
