During the last meeting, 66.7% of investors endorsed the integration into Aristocrat and the regulated shift of NeoGames to the new location in the Cayman Islands. The acquisition value was estimated at £29.50 per share, while the Nasdaq-based tech solutions were at $1.2 billion.
